The purpose of this Accessibility Policy, hereinafter also referred to as Our Accessibility Promise, is to ensure that Ping Me Happy’s digital services remain accessible to all individuals, including, but not limited to, those with disabilities. By maintaining this commitment, we aim to create a consistently inclusive and user-friendly experience for every user.

This accessibility policy applies to all digital platforms managed by Ping Me Happy. Specifically, it covers our primary website, mobile applications, and any related online services that fall under our operational control.

At Ping Me Happy, we are wholeheartedly dedicated to fulfilling both our legal and ethical obligations concerning accessibility. Accordingly, we commit to the following principles:

Although we work diligently to maintain high standards, occasional gaps may arise. Nonetheless, we remain committed to ongoing improvements with regards accessibility. We strongly encourage users to provide feedback through our Contact Us Form. Rest assured, we will respond promptly and address any barriers identified.

• Web Development Team: Responsible for ensuring continuous compliance with all accessibility standards.
• Content Creators: Expected to follow established best practices for accessible content creation.

In order to remain fully compliant, this accessibility policy will be reviewed annually. Moreover, updates will be made as necessary to reflect changes in legal requirements, accessibility standards, and evolving best practices within the organisation.  Additionally, we recommend that users also review our related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, to understand our wider commitments to user protection and compliance.
