Absolutely! You can send a Ping to your friends and loved ones via email or SMS. Once notified they can download the free app to view it, or they can view it on a desktop—the only difference being they won’t be able to see the Ping or Wall of Kindness in AR.

You can post anything kind and uplifting! Celebrate birthdays, say thank you, share words of encouragement, shout out to your friends, send love notes, or brighten someone’s day… just because. You can even share a sweet message about your pets – adorable photos and pet love are always welcome! As long as it spreads positivity, it belongs on the Wall. Keep it kind, friendly, and feel-good – no negativity allowed!

When you send a Ping you can choose a photo to upload, take a photo or select one of our fabulous Ping Cards from the gallery. Once selected write your message, and pick the type of Ping – whether it’s a birthday shout-out, a thank you, or just a sweet note. Then, select one of our fabulous animations to bring your Ping to life! Your message arrives in a beautiful digital gift box that unwraps with animated magic. Best of all, you can preview everything before sending to make sure it’s just right.

Yes! Either you or the person receiving it can choose whether your Ping is public or private on the Wall. You can review this status at any time if you wish to change it.

Yes! You’ll be able to search the Wall of Kindness by email, Ping ID, or categories, whether you’re hunting for birthday Pings, thank you notes, or thinking of you vibes. Finding a Ping that makes you smile (or sharing yours with the world) is super easy! Plus, while we don’t allow comments to keep things positive and simple, there are reactions buttons you can use to show your support and spread the kindness.

Yes! We’re dedicated to keeping the Wall a positive, safe space for everyone. We actively moderate all content and take a strong stand against trolling, bullying, and cancel culture. Any content that violates our Terms & Conditions will be removed promptly. While no moderation system is ever completely foolproof, you can easily report anything inappropriate – and we’ll step in fast to take it down. Kindness and positivity only, that’s the deal!
