While we strive for flawless delivery and delightful experiences, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities concerning digital purchases, including subscription plans. 

1. Non-Delivery of Digital Pings

If a digital ping is not delivered as scheduled, we will re-send it at no additional cost. If a ping is returned or undeliverable, we will contact you to verify the recipient’s details and re-send the ping upon confirmation. Should the re-sent ping also fail due to a technical issue on our part, you may request a full refund for that transaction. 

2. Dissatisfaction with Content 

If you are not satisfied with the quality or content of your digital ping, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, referencing this refund policy. While digital goods are typically non-refundable, we assess each request on a case-by-case basis. At our sole discretion, we may issue a partial or full refund as a gesture of goodwill. 

3. Duplicate Transactions

In the event of a duplicate purchase caused by a technical error, you may be entitled to a refund for the duplicate transaction(s). Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

4. Subscription Refunds (Monthly and Annual) 

Ping Me Happy offers subscription services on both a monthly and annual basis. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges as specified during checkout.

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of the month.

Annual Subscriptions: You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, provided no Pings have been redeemed during that period. After 14 days, all annual subscription payments are non-refundable.

5. Other Issues

For all other concerns regarding your digital purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days via our Contact Form. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and will offer a suitable resolution where possible. 

6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team using the Contact Form, providing the following information:

Order number 
Recipient’s email address 
Brief description of the issue

Our support team aims to respond within 3 business days and will work with you to find the best resolution. 

7. Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Contact your credit card company; it may take additional time for your refund to officially post.
