This licence applies to businesses using Ping Me Happy and to anyone posting content through your account, including employees, customers, contractors, or other End-Users. By continuing, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of your business.
You may access and use the Ping Me Happy platform to create and manage branded AR Walls of Kindness, upload your branding, create and share Pings, and distribute content through the platform. You may run light, ethical promotions, such as discount codes or offers, provided they align with Ping Me Happy’s CSR and community-focused mission. You may purchase Pings and gift Pings using the admin dashboard and platform features.
All content uploaded to the platform, whether by you or your End-Users, including text, images, videos, animations, messages, and interactions, becomes the property of Ping Me Happy, except for your own logos and registered branding. By uploading content, you grant Ping Me Happy a worldwide, royalty-free right to store, display, adapt, reuse, promote, and commercialise that content as part of the platform and its marketing. No payments or royalties are owed for this use. Your logos and trademarks remain your property. By uploading them, you give Ping Me Happy permission to display them on your AR Wall and in platform-related demonstrations or promotion. We will not use your branding outside the platform without permission.
You may only upload and use branding that you own or have explicit written permission to use. You must not upload third-party brands, logos, or trademarks without authorisation. We may request proof of permission. Unauthorised brand use may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.
You may purchase Pings or credits through the admin dashboard. Pings may also be gifted using platform features or issued free of charge at Ping Me Happy’s discretion. Purchased or gifted Pings have no cash value and are non-refundable, except where required by law. You are responsible for how Pings are used through your account.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including content posted by End-Users, safeguarding login credentials, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including advertising, intellectual property, and data protection rules. If an issue arises from content posted via your account, responsibility rests with your business, not Ping Me Happy.
You must comply with UK GDPR and applicable privacy laws. If you handle data relating to California residents, you must also comply with applicable California privacy laws, including CCPA and CPRA. Personal data must only be collected and used for platform purposes and with appropriate consent. Ping Me Happy may suspend or terminate access for data misuse or non-compliance.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
