This licence applies to businesses using Ping Me Happy and to anyone posting content through your account, including employees, customers, contractors, or other End-Users. By continuing, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of your business.

What You’re Allowed to Do

You may access and use the Ping Me Happy platform to create and manage branded AR Walls of Kindness, upload your branding, create and share Pings, and distribute content through the platform. You may run light, ethical promotions, such as discount codes or offers, provided they align with Ping Me Happy’s CSR and community-focused mission. You may purchase Pings and gift Pings using the admin dashboard and platform features.

Content and Ownership (Very Important)

All content uploaded to the platform, whether by you or your End-Users, including text, images, videos, animations, messages, and interactions, becomes the property of Ping Me Happy, except for your own logos and registered branding. By uploading content, you grant Ping Me Happy a worldwide, royalty-free right to store, display, adapt, reuse, promote, and commercialise that content as part of the platform and its marketing. No payments or royalties are owed for this use. Your logos and trademarks remain your property. By uploading them, you give Ping Me Happy permission to display them on your AR Wall and in platform-related demonstrations or promotion. We will not use your branding outside the platform without permission.

Brand Use Rules

You may only upload and use branding that you own or have explicit written permission to use. You must not upload third-party brands, logos, or trademarks without authorisation. We may request proof of permission. Unauthorised brand use may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.

Payments, Pings, and Gifting

You may purchase Pings or credits through the admin dashboard. Pings may also be gifted using platform features or issued free of charge at Ping Me Happy’s discretion. Purchased or gifted Pings have no cash value and are non-refundable, except where required by law. You are responsible for how Pings are used through your account.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including content posted by End-Users, safeguarding login credentials, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including advertising, intellectual property, and data protection rules. If an issue arises from content posted via your account, responsibility rests with your business, not Ping Me Happy.

Data Protection

You must comply with UK GDPR and applicable privacy laws. If you handle data relating to California residents, you must also comply with applicable California privacy laws, including CCPA and CPRA. Personal data must only be collected and used for platform purposes and with appropriate consent. Ping Me Happy may suspend or terminate access for data misuse or non-compliance.

Platform Availability and Liability

You must comply with UK GDPR and applicable privacy laws. If you handle data relating to California residents, you must also comply with applicable California privacy laws, including CCPA and CPRA. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse of the platform, brand or IP violations, unlawful or harmful content, or non-payment. On termination, use of the platform must stop. Uploaded content remains owned by Ping Me Happy.

Legal Framework

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Ping Me Happy is now available on a desktop app. Specifically, the app is live for both PC and Mac, alongside the existing iOS and Android apps. As a result, you can now create, personalise, and send a Ping from your computer, not just your phone.

Why a Desktop App Version?

Many of our users asked for this. Specifically, people wanted to send a Ping while working at their desk, without switching to their phone. Consequently, the Ping Me Happy Desktop app brings the full experience to a bigger screen, with the same speed and simplicity you already know.

What You Can Do on the Desktop App?

  • Create and Send Pings – Personalise your animated greeting message on a full-size screen, then send it in seconds.
  • Browse the Wall of Kindness – View sent and received Pings just as you would on mobile.
  • Manage Your Wallet – Check your Ping balance, top up, or manage your subscription from your computer.
  • Business & Charity Walls – Business owners and charity partners can now manage their branded Wall directly from their desktop, making it easier to track engagement during the working day.

What Stays the Same

Because your wallet is tied to your account, not your device, every Ping you’ve sent or received is available the moment you sign in on desktop. Therefore, there’s nothing to transfer and nothing to set up again.

Augmented reality viewing, however, remains a mobile-only feature. So, to view a Ping in AR, you’ll still need to open it on your phone. On desktop, Pings display in their standard, non-AR format instead.

Getting started only takes a minute. First, download the desktop app from pingmehappy.com. Then, sign in with your existing account, or create a new one if you’re new to Ping Me Happy. After that, you’re ready to send your first Ping, free.

Is Ping Me Happy available on the desktop app now? Yes. Ping Me Happy is available for download on both PC and Mac, in addition to the existing iOS and Android apps.

Do I need a new account to use the desktop app? No. Because your wallet is linked to your account (tied to your phone number) rather than a specific device, you simply sign in with your existing details, and all your Pings and Ping credits are already there.

Can I view Pings in Augmented Reality on desktop? Not yet. AR viewing is currently a mobile-only feature. Pings viewed on desktop display in standard, non-AR format instead.
